Beautiful natural light

I am a photographer, so I like to have a range of lights available when I do portraits. One of my favourite places to take a beautiful naturally lit photo is when my subject is sitting in the window seat of my studio. People sometimes forget that a photographers best friend can be the spaces around them, and we don't always need to make up new forms of lighting or compositions. I'm always surprised and inspired when I see the work that other photographers can achieve with simple positioning and natural light through windows.
